Monday, October 02, 2006Long time no post.
I've been busy at the job lately; doing whatever it is that I do in addition to working on new stuff for the fall craft shows. I will be at Art vs. Craft in November on the 4th and 5th and at the DIY Trunk Show on November 18th. I will have some new paintings, some prints of the swan painting everyone seems to like and a new lamp or two. As for new cards, I have some new stuff that hasn't been seen in Chicago, the fox card and some others that I'm forgetting at the moment, but all the cards will be in attendance at both shows.
October always seems to be a busy month for me; it seems that something is going on every weekend this month. The Hunnert Car Pileup "Midwest's Greasiest Hot Rod Show" is coming up on October 14th. I try to go to this show every year and take lots of photos of traditional hot rods, as you may have seen on my flickr stream. Other things going on in the month are not as interesting, just the regular stuff, work on this, build that, fix the other thing, talk about building a wooden bike, go to a Halloween party and make fun of friends. The usual. |
